I will review your needs and help match you with a home that meets your needs whether it’s a fixer upper or new home, amidst the night life or best school district. Here are some of steps I take with my potential buyers to ensure their successful purchase their home:

  1. We create a "wish list" of all the home and neighborhood features that are important to you.
  2. We tour properties identified for you so that we can focus on ones that most closely meet your needs.
  3. I will email updates of houses you may like from the MRIS (Metropolitan Regional Information System), a multiple-listing service that covers the entire Washington metro area, to review, discuss and visit
  4. I can put you in touch with numerous lenders who will help you understand your financing options and help your to arrange financing and get loan approval.
  5. I know how to write contracts that "win”. I will walk you through your options to maximize the attractiveness of your proposal and get your contract selected
  6. I will present your contract and advise you at every turn until a contract is ratified and a written agreement is in hand.
  7. I will provide names of inspectors and settlement attorneys and also accompany you to your inspection and advise you on any inspection issues to setup contingencies during the escrow period.
  8. I will be there to make sure you get to settlement and everything is done correctly and smoothly: I know this final step is the most nerve-wracking so I make sure you are not alone.
  9. I am always there for follow-up after the sale. If you need the names of any contractors and community resources, I'm just a phone call away at (202)415-3845. From the knowledge and experience both in local neighborhoods and the market in general of my team at Evers & Co. to their tried and true / up-to-date list of lenders, title attorneys, building inspectors, painters, contractors and others, which I can use to supplement my own extensive list, my colleagues work with me to help you.
